Weekend blast
During my weekend I did an interesting activity; I made a yummy Banoffee Pie. It was very easy to make and I was excited as I got to do something other than study.
First, I crushed the digestive biscuits and mixed it with melted butter to get the base of the pie. Next, I kept the pie base in the fridge to set. Meanwhile, I added caramelized milkmaid and cream, and mixed it well to get a creamy paste. Later, I removed the pie base from the fridge and poured the mixture on it. The next step was to cut thin slices of bananas and spread on the milkmaid and cream mixture. Next step was to add a thick cream layer. I sprinkled some grated chocolate for garnishing and kept it in the fridge to set.
It was now time to taste! In the evening when I tasted it, I did not like it much because it had bananas in it. Maybe next time, I will try without the bananas. My parents liked it a lot though, and they requested me to make it again.
I really enjoyed making the Banoffee Pie. Next time when I make it, I would love to share it with my friends and teachers in school.
