HEALTIFY ME: Health & Fitness are the real wealth
Health as per google is described as physical and mental wellbeing and freedom from any disease, defect, or pain. It is said that the health of a person is known through the person’s hair/eyes. Health goes hand in hand with fitness. Health and fitness are the real wealth a person should acquire to lead a peaceful and harmonious life. A person can stay and adjust and adapt without money or fame, may face many difficulties, and find their real money spent on their health issues rapidly.
Health and fitness are not only about physical appearance or muscle power. It is also about being emotionally, mentally, and physically fit to face the different situations that you come across in everyday life. A healthy person means an individual who eats healthy food preferably homemade unless it’s unavoidable at our workplace. It also needs to be consumed at the right time. As if the food is eaten at odd times, then it may lead to indigestion or our stomach may become very full and we may feel bloated. Also, the amount of food intake matters a lot. Just because you are fond of a particular food preparation does not mean that you eat beyond your limits. As suggested by many dieticians you need to eat food in small intervals rather than consuming it all at one time. I strongly believe in this as I have experimented with this on myself. When we tend to eat only twice a day, our body tends to store the food as it does not know when the body will get its next meal. As a result, we tend to become overweight. Again, the food that you eat in one go may not get digested properly and may stay in your stomach as undigested food. This may lead to the decay of food by the microbes present in your stomach making it a toxin for your body.
As food is necessary for us to stay fit, proper exercise at the right time is also necessary to keep us fit. The exercises can vary from person to person. Like a person who is ill needs to understand that they need to do certain simple exercises.
Also, every exercise may not be advisable for every individual. Hence a person must not just follow YouTube channels for Health and fitness but must consult your family doctor as well. The exercises for different age groups also differ. A youngster can exercise difficult moves for a longer period while a middle-aged person needs to go with a little less strain on your body. While a senior citizen needs to understand that exercise at their age is only to keep up all your body movements to take place. If this doesn’t happen then we have situations like frozen shoulder which crop up. Seniors should do simple PT exercises that were taught in school as they were a child.
Health and fitness go hand in hand. If you are healthy, you will stay fit and you will not be prone to diseases. So, stay fit stay healthy.
